We make every effort to keep stock information accurate, but cannot guarantee availability at the time an order is placed. If a paid item is unavailable, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund for that unavailable item. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment can be made online through our website. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Online orders are for customer-arranged collection. The Crafters Corner does not include delivery or courier services as part of online checkout. Customers are responsible for arranging and, where applicable, paying for their own collection or courier pickup. Please contact The Crafters Corner to confirm when your order is ready and to coordinate collection before sending anyone to collect it.

7. Returns & Exchanges

No Return / No Refund Policy

By purchasing any product from The Crafters Corner, you acknowledge and agree to

the terms of this No Return / No Refund / No Exchange Policy.

-           All Sales Are Final

All merchandise sold by The Crafters Corner is final sale.

Customers may not return products for:

1. A refund of any kind (cash, card reversal, mobile money, etc.)

2. Store credit

3. Exchange for another item, size, colour, or style

This applies to all products regardless of reason, including change of mind.

-           Exceptions — Defective Items (Legal Compliance)

We are committed to quality and comply with applicable consumer protection standards.

If your item is defective, damaged on delivery, misdescribed, or not fit for its intended

use, you may be eligible for a replacement only, subject to the terms below:

1. You must report defects within 3 days of purchase.

2. The item must be returned with its original receipt and packaging (as applicable).

3. Our team will inspect the product and approve the replacement if the defect is

confirmed.

-          No Colour or Size Exchanges

Customers may not exchange items for a different size, colour, design, or style under

this policy.

-          Proof of Purchase Required

Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for any consideration under this policy.
